Oak City Inspections offers Radon; Pool and Spa; Well and Water; New Build and Pre-DryWall; and Light Commercial inspections. Our owner, Daniel Odham is AHIT trained and certified and is continually keeping up with new construction techniques - and shortcuts - that contractors and home owners are applying in their new construction and renovation projects. With over 15 years experience producing multi-million dollar advertising campaigns and managing digital infrastructure construction projects, Daniel is detail-oriented, process driven and customer facing. We know this is an important decision. We know how stressful it can be. Our job is to give our clients - from first time home buyers to seasoned flippers - photos, details, insights and a thorough overview of the house they are looking to turn into a home. We will provide you with a comprehensive digital report, including photos and additional test results, that meets or exceeds the North Carolina standards.
AHIT Certified
All of our inspectors have passed the AHIT training courses and the NC State HILB Exam(s). We're fully certified, insured and experienced.
